Jon J. NassifDirector of Restaurant Advisory Services
Jon grew up immersed in the hospitality business working summers from a young age in his family’s hotel restaurant in Chautauqua, NY. After attending college in Ithaca, NY he moved to New York City where his love of food grew deeper. Jon’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for food eventually came together in 2003 when he opened start-up & healthy eating, fast-casual GREEN: Fine Salad Co, which he grew to a 3-unit restaurant and franchise company in Denver, CO. In 2012, a private equity firm took notice of GREEN’S success and purchased the company. Jon remains a director in GREEN Fine Salad, Inc., but is focused now on using his expertise and network of relationships to consult and coach other restaurateurs and corporate entities from start-up to multi-unit operations.
